Streaming

Artists may opt to insert a music player onto their profile page. This can stream from various services. A good portion of the platform is meant to work hand in hand with Audius, so we figured it would be good to make the most of it rather than trying to recreate a copy of it. Optimally we recommend all artists use Audius for it's decentralized benefits when uploading public tracks. Other supported platforms will include SoundCloud and Spotify. Streams can be used in the venues to add to the player's Up Next playlist.

Think of this kind of like a jukebox, enabling artists to be paid for their song to be played.
